The patent-pending software checks electronically completed I-9s for errors immediately on completion, tracks expiring employment authorization documents, and generates reports to monitor I-9 compliance from centralized and/or remote locations. Interfaces auto-populate Names and Social Security numbers can also be verified through a real-time interface with E-Verify (Basic Pilot) which will return initial verification that the name and number match within a few seconds. Our software interfaces seamlessly with the E-Verify/Basic Pilot Program and the OFAC (Terrorist) List. Our technology captures electronic signatures ("click to accept", PIN, keypad signatures) and retains I-9 records electronically. It can pre-populate Section 1 of the I-9 automatically from existing databases. Our "I-9 Solution" also provides a backup for I-9 records that are lost or destroyed as existing I-9s can be scanned and attached to the electronic system and paper I-9s can then be destroyed.
